Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree within the medical field e.g., Biokinetics, Physiotherapy or other.
• Computer literate and proficient in basic Microsoft Office.
• Valid Driver's License and access to a motor vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Travel 90% of the time on a mix of planned and ad-hoc business travel.
• Stay away from home on a regular basis.
• Educate scripting doctors on specific products with supporting evidence.
• Displace competitors using clinical evidence on company products.
• Implement the marketing strategy for the brand.
• Make appointments and call timeously on doctors to increase market share.
• Collaborate with sales to ensure stock availability.
• Maintain a daily appointment ratio of 75% and manage GP and specialist split.
• Achieve at least 85% product assessments quarterly and submit admin documents accurately.
• Achieve market share targets for each product.

• The role holder will travel 90% of their time on a mixture of planned and ad-hoc business travel.
• Staying away from home on a regular basis.
• Responsible for educating scripting doctors on specific products.
• Displace the competitors using clinical evidence on company products.
• Implement the marketing strategy on the brand.
• Make appointments, and call timeously on the DR Increase our products market shares.
• Work closely with the sales counterpart to ensure stock availability.
  
• Daily appointment ratio of 75% a day
• Customer Split GP and specialists daily
• Achieve minimum of 85% on product assessments on a quarterly basis
• Accurate, comprehensive and timeous submission of administrative documents.
• Market share target achieved for each product.
