Job summary

Hollard seeks a Design Lead for its broker platform to shape end‑to‑end design strategy and experiences. You will drive research, journey design, service design and governance, translating broker and customer needs into intuitive digital solutions.

You will act as voice of the broker, leading design teams and collaborating with product and technology to deliver meaningful business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience in UX, service design, or product design.
• Strong research and journey mapping experience.
• Experience leading design teams and initiatives.
• Ability to translate insights into opportunities and measurable design outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Define platform design principles and experience strategy.
• Lead broker and user research programmes and workshops.
• Map broker and customer journeys and identify friction points.
• Own UX direction across platform initiatives and ensure consistency.
• Drive design governance, accessibility standards and best practices.
• Align business, product, and technology teams and influence decisions.
