Job summary

Hollard is seeking a Design Lead for the Broker Platform to drive the end-to-end design vision and governance across digital experiences. You will blend customer research, broker journey design, service design, and UX strategy to deliver meaningful business outcomes and superior broker experiences.

You translate broker and customer needs into intuitive, user-centered solutions, lead design teams, and ensure consistency across journeys and channels through strong governance and evidence-based

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years' experience in UX, service design, or product design.
• Strong research and journey-mapping experience.
• Experience leading design teams and initiatives.
• Relevant degree in Design, Human Factors, Psychology, or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Define platform design principles and experience strategy.
• Lead broker and user research programmes; workshops and interviews.
• Map broker and customer journeys; identify friction and transformation opportunities.
• Own UX direction across platform initiatives; review outputs; ensure consistency.
• Ensure accessibility standards and drive adoption of design best practices.
• Align business, product and technology teams; influence decision-making through evidence-based design.
