Job summary

Boardroom Appointments is seeking a Senior Service Designer to lead design initiatives across brand identity, visual identities, and platform redesigns. You will plan research, map journeys, and define service specifications while collaborating with product and marketing teams to shape the digital experience.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in service design, strong portfolio, and experience with agile environments. You will facilitate workshops and drive insights to inform strategy and execution.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Service Designer in senior role.
• Experience designing complex service systems for multiple touchpoints.
• Minimum of three years experience designing and implementing web applications.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage design research activities with the team.
• Plan and execute system mapping, journeys, scenarios, and service specifications.
• Analyse data to generate insights and patterns.
• Collaborate with researchers and designers to improve design quality.
• Facilitate workshops with diverse clients and stakeholders.
• Define and structure deliverables aligned with project goals.
• Create presentations and design strategy documents.
• Drive user research and service design processes, estimate resources and schedules.
• Collaborate with product owners to design solutions and strategic propositions.
• Assemble information to define design specifications for brand and products.
• Work with marketing, sales, and product management to define visual look and feel of the digital experience.
• Perform QA testing on new digital assets.
• Oversee the process of User Research and defining high-level tasks/workflows.
