Job summary

Communicate Finance in South Africa seeks a Demand Generation Manager to drive lead generation, nurture prospects, accelerate pipeline growth, and support revenue objectives.

You will develop webinars, events, ABM campaigns, and content marketing, align marketing with sales, and build dashboards to measure MQLs, SQLs, and ROI using HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo, or Pardot.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in marketing or related field.
• Minimum 5+ years in demand generation, growth or B2B marketing.
• Experience with marketing automation platforms is a plus.
• Strong understanding of funnels, ROI, and revenue operations.

Your Opportunity

• As a Demand Generation Manager, you'll be responsible for driving lead generation, nurturing prospects, accelerating pipeline growth, and supporting revenue objectives
• You'll work with innovative B2B, SaaS, technology, fintech, and high-growth organisations focused on scalable marketing performance

Skills & Experience

• Develop and execute demand generation strategies to drive marketing qualified leads (MQLs) and sales qualified leads (SQLs)
• Create and optimise lead nurturing and lifecycle marketing campaigns
• Manage inbound and outbound demand generation initiatives
• Align marketing efforts with sales teams to improve revenue outcomes
• Track pipeline performance and marketing attribution metrics
• Manage marketing automation and CRM platforms
• Analyse campaign effectiveness and continuously optimise performance
• Develop webinars, events, content marketing, and ABM initiatives
• Build dashboards and reports to measure lead generation performance
• Stay current with B2B marketing, marketing automation, and growth strategies

Qualification:

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business, Commerce, Communications, or related field
• Minimum 5+ years' experience in Demand Generation, Growth Marketing, Lead Generation, or B2B Marketing
• Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo, Pardot, or similar platforms advantageous
• Strong understanding of lead nurturing, marketing funnels, and revenue operations
• Proven track record of generating pipeline growth and measurable ROI
