The role focuses on scalable marketing performance, aligning with sales to improve revenue outcomes and leveraging marketing automation to optimise campaigns across channels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Commerce, Communications or related field.
• Minimum 5+ years' experience in Demand Generation, Growth Marketing, Lead Gen, or B2B Marketing.
• Experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms is advantageous.
• Strong understanding of lead nurturing, funnels and revenue operations.
• Proven track record of pipeline growth and measurable ROI.

Your Opportunity:

As a Demand Generation Manager, you'll be responsible for driving lead generation, nurturing prospects, accelerating pipeline growth, and supporting revenue objectives You'll work with innovative B2B, SaaS, technology, fintech, and high-growth organisations focused on scalable marketing performance

Skills & Experience:

• Develop and execute demand generation strategies to drive marketing qualified leads (MQLs) and sales qualified leads (SQLs)
• Create and optimise lead nurturing and lifecycle marketing campaigns
• Manage inbound and outbound demand generation initiatives
• Align marketing efforts with sales teams to improve revenue outcomes
• Track pipeline performance and marketing attribution metrics
• Manage marketing automation and CRM platforms
• Analyse campaign effectiveness and continuously optimise performance
• Develop webinars, events, content marketing, and ABM initiatives
• Build dashboards and reports to measure lead generation performance
• Stay current with B2B marketing, marketing automation, and growth strategies

Qualification:

• Qualification : Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business, Commerce, Communications, or related field
• Minimum 5+ years' experience in Demand Generation, Growth Marketing, Lead Generation, or B2B Marketing
• Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo, Pardot, or similar platforms advantageous
• Strong understanding of lead nurturing, marketing funnels, and revenue operations
• Proven track record of generating pipeline growth and measurable ROI
