Job summary

Boardroom Appointments is seeking a Delivery Lead for Loan Management Systems in Cape Town. The role requires leading a technical team, plus hands-on Salesforce (nCino) experience, Java development, and strong SDLC discipline.

You will influence enterprise delivery across CRM, integration, and financial systems while coordinating stakeholders in a fast-paced banking/retail context. Knowledge of AWS and DevOps practices is essential.

Qualifications

At least 3 years Development Team Lead experience leading a technical team (Test Analyst, System Analysis ,System Developers and Configuration Analyst)
3-5 years CRM (Salesforce/nCino) experience
Experience in progressive database or software development roles
At least 3 years Salesforce Development Experience
Software development experience in Java programming
System integration knowledge is required.
System/Business analysis and design exposure
Database Experience
Cloud experience on AWS
Manage Systems Delivery and Operations (DevOps)
CI/CD tool exposure
Project Management principles and methodologies
In an environment which required validating work
Stakeholder relationship engagement and management
Responsibility for delivery in a fast moving environment
Banking/Retail industry (Credit)
Implementation and maintenance of financial and contact centre systems and procedures
