• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 7+ years hands‑on Salesforce development experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• 5+ years of experience within banking or financial services.

Responsibilities

• Technical Leadership: Lead design and hands‑on development of Salesforce applications; mentor team and conduct code reviews.
• Solution Design & Development: Develop Apex classes, triggers, LWC, and complex integrations; translate requirements into designs.
• System Integration: Maintain integrations with banking systems and third‑party tools using REST, SOAP, and middleware.
• Development Lifecycle Management: Own timelines, sprint planning, sandbox management, deployments.
• Quality & Compliance: Ensure implementations meet banking regulations and security best practices; maintain docs for audits.
• Collaboration: Work with squads to resolve technical issues and optimize performance.
