You will manage key client relationships, supervise delivery teams and fleets, and collaborate with sales, operations, and customer service to implement service improvements.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in business development, logistics management, or a related field, with a strong understanding of delivery operations.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic plans that drive growth and efficiency.
• Excellent client management and negotiation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities.
• Proficiency in using logistics software and CRM systems.
• Valid Driver's License and willingness to travel within the designated area.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to improve delivery efficiency, customer satisfaction, and operational costs in the Sandton region.
• Manage key client relationships, ensuring their delivery needs are met and identifying opportunities for service enhancement.
• Oversee the performance of delivery teams and fleet operations, ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and areas for service innovation.
• Collaborate with internal departments (sales, operations, customer service) to ensure seamless integration of delivery services.
• Prepare reports on delivery performance, business development initiatives, and market insights for senior management.
