Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in logistics, operations, or a related coordination role.
• Strong organizational skills and excellent attention to detail.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel, for data management and reporting.
• Familiarity with logistics terminology and processes is beneficial.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily logistics activities, including scheduling shipments, managing carriers, and tracking deliveries.
• Liaise with warehouse staff, transportation providers, and other departments to ensure seamless operations.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, and delivery status using logistics software.
• Assist in resolving operational issues and disruptions promptly and effectively.
• Prepare and process necessary logistics documentation for both domestic and international shipments.
• Monitor performance metrics and contribute to reports on operational efficiency.
