Job summary

Darwin Recruitment is seeking an experienced Delivery Consultant to support our international clients from Umhlanga, KwaZulu-Natal. This office-based role follows US hours (13:00–22:00 SAST) to align with US markets.

You will source, screen and manage candidates across specialist markets, build talent pools, and work with Account Managers to fulfill client requirements. Growth and uncapped commissions are on offer.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of recruitment experience.
• Strong sourcing and engagement skills.
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search.

Delivery Consultant – Darwin Recruitment – US Hours: 13:00-22:00

Darwin Recruitment is a specialist international recruitment business operating across Engineering, Technology and Renewable Energy markets throughout Europe and the United States.

We are looking for an experienced Delivery Consultant to join our team and support our international clients by identifying, attracting and managing high-quality candidates across specialist markets.

The Role

• Sourcing candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, databases and networking
• Building and maintaining specialist talent pools
• Conducting candidate screening and qualification interviews
• Assessing candidate skills, experience, motivation and suitability
• Preparing candidate profiles and CV summaries for client submission
• Managing candidates throughout the recruitment process
• Working closely with Account Managers and Business Development Consultants to fulfil client requirements
• Managing multiple vacancies and priorities while working to agreed timescales
• Building strong candidate relationships and developing your industry network
• Generating referrals and identifying potential business opportunities through candidate conversations
• Maintaining accurate candidate records across our CRM and ATS

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years’ recruitment experience – essential
• Strong candidate sourcing and engagement skills
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and/or Boolean search
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• A proactive, target-driven approach
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies and priorities effectively
• Comfortable working 13:00-22:00 SAST to support the US market
