Darwin Recruitment is recruiting a Recruitment Consultant to join our Umhlanga team and support the US market. This is a sales-focused role with a base salary plus uncapped commission, and it requires full-time, office-based work from Umhlanga.

You will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, source and engage candidates, and build strong client relationships across international teams. Excellent earning potential and clear career progression are offered.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of recruitment experience.
• Strong sales ability or hunter mentality.
• Willingness to work 13:00-22:00 SAST to support US market.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment process from sourcing through to placement.
• Source, qualify and engage candidates within your market.
• Build and develop strong client and candidate relationships.
• Develop your own market, network and candidate pipeline.
• Collaborate with international Sales teams to understand client requirements.
• Identify new business opportunities and contribute to desk growth.
• Work towards and exceed recruitment KPIs and targets.
