Delivery Consultant – Robotics, Automation & Advanced Engineering

Location: Umhlanga, Durban | Hybrid - 2 days office / 3 days home

Employment Type: Permanent

Markets: USA - Robotics, Automation & Advanced Engineering

Working Hours: Monday-Thursday 12:00pm-9:00pm (South Africa time), changing to 1:00pm-10:00pm from October-April to align with US time zones. Friday: 9:00am-6:00pm

The Opportunity

Auxo Talent Group is looking for an experienced Delivery Consultant to join our successful Technology team in Durban.

You’ll work closely with our experienced US recruitment team, delivering permanent recruitment across Robotics, Automation and Advanced Engineering markets.

This is a fast-paced delivery role where you’ll manage multiple vacancies, source and engage high-quality candidates and build strong talent pipelines for international clients.

What You’ll Do

• Source and headhunt high-calibre candidates across Robotics, Automation and Advanced Engineering.
• Manage multiple permanent vacancies across the US market.
• Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines.
• Screen, interview and shortlist candidates.
• Coordinate interviews and manage candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Work closely with consultants and clients to deliver an excellent recruitment service.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and achieve individual and team KPIs.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous recruitment experience as a Delivery Consultant, Resourcer or Recruitment Consultant.
• Proven experience recruiting within Robotics, Automation, Advanced Engineering or a closely related engineering market.
• Strong sourcing and headhunting skills, ideally using LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruitment platforms.
• Experience managing multiple vacancies in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Organised, resilient and motivated by achieving results.
• Comfortable working US hours from South Africa.
