Outside Capital is seeking an IT Delivery Consultant to join our Technology recruitment team. You’ll focus on finding, engaging and building relationships with exceptional technology candidates while partnering with our team to deliver outstanding recruitment outcomes.

You’ll headhunt across South Africa, build talent pipelines, and translate complex tech requirements into tailored talent solutions. A growth mindset and strong communication are essential for success in this role.

What You’ll Bring
