Job summary

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in debtors, AR or credit control.
• Experience with debtor accounts and collections.
• Proven account reconciliations and payment follow-ups.
• Experience with client or senior stakeholder exposure is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Follow up on outstanding and overdue accounts by phone and email.
• Manage collections and follow up on payment commitments.
• Negotiate payment arrangements and monitor balances.
• Maintain debtor records and prepare age analyses and statements.
