STADIO (Pty) Ltd invites applications for a Debtors Clerk on a fixed-term contract from 1 November 2026 to 31 January 2027. The role is based at 14 Palm Boulevard, Umhlanga Rocks, Durban, South Africa, and reports to the Finance department.

The successful candidate will check figures and postings for accuracy, maintain electronic records, prepare invoices, and assist with period-end procedures in accordance with company policies.

Qualifications

• Check figures, postings, and documents for correct entry and accuracy.
• Organize, secure, and maintain all files and records per policy.
• Record, store, and analyze financial information using computers.
• Prepare and distribute financial and accounting reports and tables.
• Complete period-end closing procedures and reconcile invoices.

Responsabilités

• Check figures and postings for correct entry and coding.
• Maintain accurate electronic spreadsheets for financial data.
• Prepare, review, and reconcile bills and invoices.
• Distribute statistical, financial, and payroll reports.
• Support month-end closing procedures as required.
