• Matric (Grade 12) is mandatory and NCR Debt Counsellor registration is essential.
• Minimum 3 years management experience in a Debt Review environment.

• Proven ability to lead multiple teams in a high‑volume setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Customer Service, Legal, COB, Proposals, and Portfolio Management departments.
• Drive operational efficiency and continuous process improvement.
• Ensure compliance with the National Credit Act (NCA), NCR guidelines, and internal policies.
• Monitor KPIs, productivity, and service level performance.
• Improve client satisfaction, operational efficiency, and case progression.
