DEBTCO GROUP is seeking an experienced Administration Manager to lead Debt Review Operations in Cape Town. You will oversee Customer Service, Legal, COB, Proposals, and Portfolio Management, driving efficiency and ensuring compliance with NCA and NCR guidelines.

Are you an experienced leader with a strong background in the Debt Review industry? We7re looking for a results-driven Administration Manager to lead our Debt Review Operations and drive operational excellence across multiple departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Customer Service, Legal, COB, Proposals, and Portfolio Management departments.
• Drive operational efficiency and continuous process improvement.
• Ensure compliance with the National Credit Act (NCA), NCR guidelines, and internal policies.
• Monitor KPIs, productivity, and service level performance.
• Improve client satisfaction, operational efficiency, and case progression.
• Matric (Grade 12).
• Registered NCR Debt Counsellor (essential  non-negotiable).
• Minimum 3 years management experience within a Debt Review environment.
• Comprehensive understanding of the Debt Review process.
• Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to improve operational performance and lead high-performing teams.
