Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience in a registered debt review environment.
• Familiarity with compliance-driven processes.
• Ability to communicate professionally in Afrikaans and English.
• Organised, detail-focused and reliable.

Responsibilities

• Debt counselling applications and submissions.
• Daily admin on the Simplicity system.
• Balance certificate requests and follow-ups.
• 17.1 and 17.2 COB checks.
• Compliance and administrative queries.
• Accurate client records and documentation.
