Job summary

WNS South Africa is seeking a Debt Review & Administration support professional to ensure smooth back-office operations across debt review, insolvency and deceased processes. The role involve handling emails, documents, Salesforce records, and providing timely customer and partner support within prescribed policies.

The incumbent will manage admin flags, perform quarterly follow-ups, and assist in general admin duties, contributing to a compliant and efficient operations team in a dynamic BPO

Qualifications

• Matric/Grade 12 is required.
• Previous debt review experience is required.
• Customer service experience in a regulated environment is required.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end debt review back-office processes in Salesforce and related systems.
• Manage admin flags and quarterly follow-ups with administrators.
• Assist with Insolvency and Deceased cases in Salesforce and related workflows.
• Provide general contact centre support, meet deadlines and adapt to policy changes.
