Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide effective support to the Outsource Debt Recovery department, ensuring value-added service.
• Contribute to achieving performance metrics and cash flow outcomes.
• Liaise with EDCs, monitor performance, and support management communications.
• Capture accurate data and process payment schedules; manage invoices.
• Build stakeholder relationships and ensure clear, professional communication.
