Qualifications

• 3-5 years experience within Debt Collection or Credit Control.
• 2-3 years experience within Credit Insurance.

Responsibilities

• Ensure effectiveness in operations.

• Utilise knowledge and skills when meeting with relevant stakeholders e.g. Debtors, Attorneys, Clients, etc.
• Attend and contribute to client visits, including running the meeting under supervision
• Monitor Impact of Insurance Policies
• Manage and report on new and existing legal files
• Ad-Hoc Collection Duties
• Afrikaans language is helpful but not at all a must

Hire Resolve's Team are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Debt Recovery Specialist to join our client's Credit Risk Solutions team in Johannesburg. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge and expertise in debt recovery strategies and techniques, as well as exceptional negotiation and communication skills. The Senior Debt Recovery Specialist will be responsible for managing a portfolio of delinquent accounts, developing and implementing recovery plans, and ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
