The ideal candidate has at least four years in employee benefits administration, solid knowledge of Pension Fund Act 37C, and strong Excel and Outlook skills; works well under pressure and independently or in a team.

Qualifications

• Experience handling death claims within a retirement or benefit administration context.
• Proven ability to communicate clearly in verbal and written form.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and adhere to SLAs.

Responsibilities

• Perform death claim processing and investigate related queries.
• Apply fund rules, policies, and legislation when processing claims.
• Liaise with employers, beneficiaries and service providers.
• Oversee and reconcile nil contributions where applicable.
• Respond to queries within SLA and participate in organizational events.
