Job summary

Red Ember Recruitment is seeking a Provident Fund Administrator in Cape Town to manage withdrawals, retirements, and member records. You will process claims, upload new provident members, and handle routine fund queries with accuracy and timeliness.

The role requires 3–5 years’ experience in fund administration, strong MS Office skills, and excellent organizational abilities to work under pressure in a deadline-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fund administration environment is required.
• 3-5 years’ experience capturing and processing fund claims.
• Proficiency with MS Office, especially Word/Excel/Outlook/Teams.

Responsibilities

• Process fund withdrawals and retirements promptly.
• Process unclaimed benefit claims as forms arrive.
• Upload qualifying new Provident members to payroll when received.
• Follow-up on outstanding selection forms.
• Distribute and file new member certificates appropriately.
• Handle fund queries from members and employers.
• Maintain monthly reports and paid-up claims reports timeously.
• Generate and manage monthly contribution reports.
