Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in Employee Benefits.
• Umbrella fund administration and/or standalone retirement fund administration experience.
• Working knowledge of Everest (administration system) advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Follow up of monthly contributions and data management.
• Reconciliation, allocation and investment of monthly contributions.
• Generate annual benefit statements and respond to client queries.
• Liaise with insurers on risk claims and tax directives.
• Assist with audits and schedules for trustees and management committees.
