GAP Consulting SA’s Premium Recruitment Consultancy is looking for a Dealership Workshop Manager with at least 5 years of recent experience in the automotive industry to oversee workshop operations.

You will be responsible for implementing policies and procedures, driving standards, and ensuring compliance. A South African citizen with reliable references is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ recent experience as a Dealership Workshop Manager within the automotive industry.
• Ability to implement policies and procedures.
• Strong working knowledge of automotive workshop management disciplines.
• Must be able to work in a high‑pressure environment.

Salary Structure:

• R 35 000 to R 45 000 CTC based on experience
