Job summary

GAP Consulting in Durban is seeking a senior Operations Manager to oversee 4–5 automotive business units and manage ~45 staff.

You will lead, mentor and support junior managers, maintain high service standards, customer relationships and drive profitability.

Minimum qualifications include Grade 12, trade tested through merSETA/ QCTO, and a degree or diploma as an advantage. Equity participation is available as part of the remuneration package.
