The Foschini Group is seeking a DC Process Manager to oversee inbound operations within our Distribution Centre in Gauteng. You will focus on accuracy, safety, and efficiency, driving improvements across stock receipt, inventory accuracy, and cycle counting while collaborating with suppliers and cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities include leading inventory governance, analysing performance metrics, implementing corrective actions, and developing the team to sustain high-performance
The DC Process Manager is responsible for overseeing and optimizing all inbound operations to ensure timely, accurate, and cost-effective receipt of goods. They manage accuracy, enforce compliance with safety and quality standards, and collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to resolve discrepancies and streamline workflows. Additionally, they analyse performance metrics, implement process improvements, and lead team development to drive operational excellence.
Relevant Degree or Diploma
Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or Operations Management will be advantageous.
Minimum 3 years Distribution Centre (DC) experience.
Minimum 1 year people management experience.
Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) such as SAP, SAP EWM, Manhattan, JDA, Oracle, or SYSPRO
