Job summary

The Foschini Group (TFG) is seeking an experienced DC Operations Manager for its Riverfields Distribution Centre. You will lead end-to-end DC operations, drive order fulfilment accuracy, inventory integrity and timely service delivery, while building a high-performance team.

You will partner with Supply Chain, Planning, Transport, Systems, Merchandising and Store Operations to optimise processes, ensure safety compliance, and deliver sustainable operational efficiencies in a fast-paced ecommerce

Qualifications

• DC management experience leading large teams in fast-paced settings.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.

TFG’s Riverfields Distribution Centre (DC) is a critical enabler of our growing eCommerce business, delivering exceptional service, speed and operational excellence. We are seeking an experienced DC Operations Manager to lead and optimise end-to-end distribution centre operations, ensuring efficient fulfilment, inventory management, people leadership, safety and service delivery. The role collaborates with Supply Chain, Planning, Transport, Systems, Merchandising and Store Operations teams to drive operational performance, continuous improvement and customer satisfaction. The successful candidate will be a strong operational leader with proven distribution centre management experience, able to lead large teams, manage complexity in a fast-paced environment and deliver sustainable operational efficiencies while maintaining excellent service levels.
