Job summary

Remote Recruitment is hiring a data entry professional to ensure accurate business records for a UK team. This 100% remote role is based in South Africa and follows UK hours: 09:00-17:00.

You will enter, verify and reconcile data in CRM and spreadsheets, maintain naming standards and report issues. Strong Excel/Sheets skills, fast typing and meticulous attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in data entry, data admin or records work.
• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets, including lookups and filters.
• High typing speed with excellent accuracy.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Able to work 09:00-17:00 UK time (11:00-19:00 SAST).

Role overview

You will own the accuracy of business data for a UK team, entering, checking and cleaning records so everyone can trust the numbers. This is a full-time, 100% remote role for South African talent, working UK hours: 09:00-17:00 UK time (11:00-19:00 SAST).
