Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing operations or process improvement role.
• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Technology, or a related discipline.
• Data-driven approach and strong analytical/problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze existing manufacturing processes to identify areas for improvement in efficiency, cost, and quality.
