Responsibilities

• Analyze end-to-end operational processes to identify optimization opportunities across production, logistics, and inventory management.
• Develop and implement strategic initiatives for process enhancement, automation, and waste reduction.
• Utilize simulation modeling and data analytics to predict the impact of changes and validate proposed solutions.
• Collaborate with plant managers, engineers, and supervisors to implement and sustain operational improvements.
• Design and standardize workflows and best practices to ensure consistency and efficiency across Mossel Bay operations.
• Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for management on project progress, outcomes, and recommendations.
