Responsibilities
- Assess processes to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.
- Develop tailored process improvement roadmaps for implementation.
- Lead workshops and training on operational excellence methodologies.
- Provide expert consultation on workflow optimization, quality management, and cost reduction.
- Measure and report ROI of consulting engagements.
