Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Science/Engineering or related field; master's preferred.
• 10+ years in the Data Centre industry.
• Strong understanding of Data Centre market and trends.

Responsabilités

• Lead Data Centre sales organization in South Africa and coach teams.
• Drive revenue growth, profitability, and market share across Data Centre segment.
• Develop territory sales strategies and growth initiatives aligned with Eaton's objectives.
• Own and manage sales pipeline, orders, revenue, margin, forecasting, and reporting.
• Collaborate with regional/global teams to pursue opportunities across the territory.
