You will lead a team of Data Centre Sales, Key Account, Sales Engineering, and Field Application Engineering professionals, delivering strategic plans and commercial execution.

The role requires a strong commercial mindset, executive presence, and a proven track record in the data centre sector, with ability to influence stakeholders and scale business growth

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or higher in science/engineering or related field; Master’s preferred.
• 10+ years in the Data Centre industry.
• Strong understanding of data centre market, customer landscape, and trends.
• Proven ability to lead and build high-performing teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Data Centre sales organization in South Africa, coaching and managing teams.
• Drive revenue growth, profitability, and market share across the Data Centre segment.
• Develop and execute territory sales strategies, account plans, and growth initiatives.
• Own and manage sales pipeline, orders, revenue, margin, forecasting, and reporting.
• Collaborate with regional/global teams to secure opportunities and deliver outcomes.
