Job summary

Hire Resolve in Stellenbosch seeks an E-Commerce Sales Manager to oversee and scale the digital sales operations for two premium Stellenbosch wine brands, Plaisir and Bartinney.

You will lead online channels, plan revenue-generating campaigns, and analyze performance metrics to optimize ROAS, while leveraging AI tools to sharpen content and strategy. Weekend estate events support is required.

Qualifications

• Experience with multi-channel advertising and DTC e-commerce.
• Wine/beverage industry experience is a bonus, not required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to work weekends during events.

Responsibilities

• Lead and optimize online sales channels and DTC store strategy for Plaisir and Bartinney.
• Plan and direct revenue-generating campaigns to meet growth targets.
• Analyze web traffic, conversion, retention, and LTV to optimize funnels.
• Manage campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and Email Marketing.
• Optimize ad spend, creative assets, targeting, and copy.
• Implement retention via automated email sequences.
• Attend and support estate events 1-2 times per week.
• Manage weekend event coverage to drive on-site conversion.
• Leverage AI tools to streamline workflows and improve content.
