Responsibilities
- Report to Services Manager and complete tasks on time
- Configure technology solutions for clients
- Assist clients with technical questions on products/technologies
- Engage with Brand and Vendor teams on new developments
- Maintain active certifications and renew as required
- Identify client requirements through research and analysis
- Keep up to date with cybersecurity technologies
- Present networking solutions to Account Managers
- Assist with product trends and rollout of new features
- Attend vendor product trainings and internal competency trainings
- Participate in on-the-job learning during the first week
