MWR CyberSec is seeking a Senior Account Manager to lead growth for an existing client portfolio and drive new business across South Africa and Africa. You will collaborate with technical consultants and delivery managers to tailor cybersecurity solutions that strengthen client security postures.

The role rewards a 3–5 year track record in cybersecurity sales, with a focus on presenting to and influencing C-level stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in Cyber Security sales within IT services, consulting, or cybersecurity.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills, with confidence engaging C-level stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Client Growth & Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with existing clients and identify upsell opportunities; collaborate with technical teams to align solutions with client needs; conduct account planning and forecasting using our tools.
• New Business Development: Prospect and engage new clients across key verticals; develop tailored proposals and presentations; attend industry events to generate leads.
• Sales Process & Collaboration: Apply value-based sales methodology to uncover needs and deliver insights; manage your pipeline in the CRM with timely follow-ups and accurate forecasting; coordinate with internal teams for smooth handover and delivery of services.
