Job summary

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of branch banking experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluency in English; local languages advantageous
• Proficiency with banking software

Responsibilities

• Greet customers at the branch and provide friendly service

• Record and monitor inquiries with accurate documentation
