Qualifications

• National Certificate or equivalent NQF 5 qualification in banking, financial services or related administration.
• 1–2 years in branch banking or client-facing service environments.
• Experience handling client enquiries, query resolution and branch records.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients into the branch, identify needs and direct them to the correct banker or service area.
• Monitor reception and banking hall; assist with unhappy clients to maintain a positive experience.
• Facilitate resolution of service requests including card collections, PIN issues and general queries.
• Record and log client interactions and update history notes to support query resolution.
