Job summary

Qualifications

• 1–2 years’ experience in branch banking or client service.
• Experience handling client inquiries and service requests.
• Ability to maintain accuracy with client information and records.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients and direct them to the appropriate banker or service area.
• Monitor reception and banking hall to maintain a professional environment.
• Resolve client service requests and escalations efficiently.
• Record and update client information and history notes.
• Uphold risk, compliance, and confidentiality in all interactions.
