Job summary

Standard Bank Group in Cape Town is seeking a customer-focused individual to join our Personal & Private Banking branch as the first point of contact for customers. You will warmly greet clients, assess needs, document inquiries, and guide them to the right specialists while offering basic information on banking products.

You will uphold integrity, work with the team to maintain a welcoming branch, and stay updated on bank policies and offerings to help customers efficiently.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of branch banking experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluency in English; local languages advantageous
• Proficiency with banking software

Qualifications

Experience
