Job summary

Virtustant in South Africa is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be the voice of our clients, handling inquiries by phone, email and chat from a remote home setup.

You will answer inbound communications, resolve questions and issues, log interactions in the help desk or CRM, escalate when needed and follow up to ensure customers are satisfied.

Qualifications
