Qualifications

• 6 months customer service experience or more.
• Betting knowledge is advantageous.
• MS Office and Excel proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Resolve customer queries across multiple platforms in a timely manner.
• Perform prescribed security checks for effective query resolution.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Investigate and resolve customer queries with internal and external stakeholders until completion.
• Demonstrate strong customer service principles in interactions with customers and internal teams.
• Support quality assurance targets and implement improvements where needed.
• Meet allocated KPIs to ensure service excellence.
• Escalate appropriately per internal escalation process.
• Attend to ad-hoc functions as required by operational needs.
