Hollywoodbets is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Consultant (Withdrawals) to join our Purple Team in Umhlanga, Durban. The role focuses on processing withdrawals with accuracy after compliance checks and delivering responsive support to customers across multiple channels.

You will work in a fast-paced environment, handling account-related issues, monitoring suspicious activity, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely payments and resolutions.

Qualifications

6 months call centre experience required.
Relevant tertiary qualification preferred.

Responsibilities

Accurately process withdrawals to customer accounts after compliance checks.
Efficiently resolve customer queries across platforms.
Investigate and resolve account-related issues with internal/external stakeholders until completion.
Monitor suspicious or unusual transactional activity and escalate to management.
Prepare manual payments for Treasury as required.
Attend to ad-hoc functions due to operational needs.

The successful candidate will be responsible for attending to all customer queries in relation to withdrawals, with a high level of accuracy and efficiency.

What You’ll Do For The Brand:

Accurately process withdrawals to customer accounts after successful compliance checks using the designated platform.
Effective resolution of customer queries across various platforms.
Investigate and resolve account related issues or discrepancies, working closely with internal and external stakeholders until completion.
Monitor suspicious or unusual transactional activity on customer accounts and elevate to the management team.
Preparation of manual payments required to be submitted to the Treasury team.
Attend to ad‑hoc functions as required due to operational requirements.
