Ares Holdings, Brands in Wes-Kaap, South Africa seeks a Customer Service Co-ordinator to support the Sales and Commercial teams with end-to-end order processing, stock coordination and CRM data management.

Reporting to the Sales Operations Manager, you will ensure accurate orders, smooth stock flow, and clear communication between customers, warehouse, finance and internal stakeholders to uphold high service levels.

Formación

• Grade 12 and relevant tertiary qualification in Business Admin, Customer Service, Retail Management or related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years in customer service, sales support or admin role.
• Experience with orders, enquiries and issue resolution.
• Experience using CRM systems or ERP tools.

Responsabilidades

• Capture and process all sales orders accurately, including chain stores orders.
• Coordinate stock availability with warehouse and manage CRM data.
• Provide end-to-end customer service support across sales, warehouse and finance.
• Liaise with sales reps, suppliers and internal teams to resolve queries.
• Maintain orderly records, reports and adhere to deadlines.
