• Strong computer literacy and typing skills.
• Previous customer service or sales support experience advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer enquiries via telephone, email, and online chat platforms.
• Provide customers with product information and advise on suitable products and payment options.
• Check stock availability and communicate accurate information to customers.
• Generate and follow up on customer quotations.
• Process customer orders and allocate payments accurately.
• Monitor and follow up on back orders and lay-bys.
• Perform daily GRID checks and other administrative duties.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and professionalism in all interactions.
