Qualifications

• MS Office Suite proficiency and exposure to US market sales is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming calls and emails from business customers regarding sales, billing, service faults, and configuration.
• Provide high-quality customer service and product information to promote revenue growth.
• Use network monitoring tools to identify issues and log faults with details.
• Take ownership of incidents and drive them to resolution with internal teams.
