Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a Customer Experience Specialist for their East London retail team. You will be the frontline ambassador for the brand, addressing customer needs and ensuring a memorable shopping experience.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, assisting with product selection and purchases, resolving issues, gathering feedback, maintaining product knowledge, and supporting store operations. POS transactions are handled daily. Weekend shifts are possible.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service or retail.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a passion for customer satisfaction.
• Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
• Familiarity with POS systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and assist them with inquiries, product selection, and purchase processes.
• Provide exceptional customer service, resolving complaints and issues efficiently and empathetically.
• Gather customer feedback through various channels and communicate insights to management for service improvements.
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of products and services to effectively assist customers.
• Assist with store operations, including maintaining visual standards and ensuring a clean, welcoming environment.
• Handle transactions accurately using the POS system.
