Job summary

FirstRand Limited through FNB is seeking a part-time Community Advisor for the Cape Town area on a fixed-term 12-month contract. You will build client relationships, deliver tailored financial solutions, and guide customers toward eChannels and self-service options while ensuring policy compliance.

You will educate customers on the right banking platform, analyze data for tailored recommendations, and strive to exceed sales targets with integrity and a customer-first mindset.

Qualifications

• Minimum Grade 12/NQF 4 or higher.
• Preferred NQF Level 5 Certificate in Banking, Business Administration, Customer Service or related fields.
• 1–3 years of customer-facing experience in financial services.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Provide a positive customer experience by assisting with transactions and guiding to appropriate channels.
• Explain processes and requirements clearly to customers.
• Ensure compliance with policies and processes and maintain attention to detail.
• Educate customers to the correct banking platform aligned with their needs.
